Chuck was amazing! Exceptional customer service! He deserves a bonus and a pay raise! He helped me throughout the whole process of getting me a new battery under warranty. He called another store to get all of my warranty information and had everything ready for me once I arrived at the store.
Very knowledgeable especially when working with older vehicles the last two times I have walked in with a part in my hand before I get to the counter , they're already telling me what I need and they got one in stock , love it definitely keep them in mind. Instead of going to over advertised very little knowledge of anything older than 2005 big chain stores.
Did everything he could to get me what I needed thanks again!
Dave was an outstanding help! I stopped for what I thought was a simple fix and ended up needing his help. He spent 1/2 hour and used his creativity. We'll done!
