Very helpful staff
The old manager who doesn’t speak very well is not qualified for the job at all. Sold me the wrong bulb didn’t even open the package all the way and realized it didn’t match. Won’t take the return even though the package is unopened. Turns out Calvin is the manager and doesn’t even know how to sell the correct head light. I just returned the other two bulbs just because I don’t trust they will be the right fit and another shop is willing to sell and install them. Horrible customer service, the older man in their is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in public, it was awful, he didn’t want to help figure out my problem was and acted like I was dumb because I didn’t know what the part was called, went to O’Reillys right behind advanced, and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed within 2 minutes and had me out the door and very very nice about it, I definitely recommend using O’Reillys
Excellent customer service today. Never had an issue with this Parts House. Quick and professional service. In and out 5 min. Be back for further parts.
