Very helpful
My experience was fine, but I watched them tell customers that had been waiting “sorry it will be 45 min before we can check your battery” after those customers waited patiently for 20 min. They were helping an elderly couple with a battery, they could clearly not carry the battery, they didn’t offer them to help carry it out to their vehicle or anything like that
