John the store manager is a joke. Customer had an online purchase for a starter which failed. Customer's vehicle was towed to our shop for repair. Called to see about getting a replacement, he told me the customer had to come in (with no vehicle) to get it taken care of. Not the case, I took the starter to Advance Auto in Bushnell where the store manger Jared, and Charles in Commercial, gladly took care of the issue. Good customer service
So like most of us locals who live in Inverness I like to take the boat on our lakes here in the city. Yesterday I thought my battery was good but it wasn't. After swimming around and listening to music it was dead. I was a drift on the water, I was lucky enough to get pulled into Wallace Brooks Park. I called our local Advanced I spoke to this very helpful girl named Becca. Instead of walking all the way from the park with this battery on my shoulder and the dog on the leash she suggested that I pay for the battery online. ... read more
