Came in today to buy a headlamp for my 2004 Ford explorer with old part in hand to make things easier for the sales associate. But as usual I was told they didn't have item in stock because it was special he said. The cashier had to bother the manager I assume was Skye who was busy playing on her phone confirmed to me none in stock that I should check with auto zone. Their brand of parts (car quest) is garbage, do not buy them
car quest parts are cheap and borderline unsafe for use
Bought one of their branded parts, it was an absolute piece of garbage, save your time and money and go to one the other hundred parts stores in Crawfordville, I’m $200 in the hole and have to buy more crap to make their part work, I sincerely hope they shut down, someone needs to find the genius that decided plastic plugs would work and relieve him of his decision making duties
