Great customer service.
I had several uncomfortable interactions at this store over the course of a few months, and after giving it multiple chances, I feel it’s important to share my experience. My first interaction with the manager happened when I stopped in simply to share information about the Roadie app a delivery service that could help stores increase sales and better serve customers. Needed rtv silicone delivered as our auto is down, when we originally bought the gasket the day before we asked the associate if we would need the rtv, he said no not for this part, once my husband got the car apart he found out we needed the rtv, we had it delivered charged an $8.99 delivery fee, to find out the silicone was rock hard, they wouldn't send a new one, ad we would need to bring the original to them, if we could do that we wouldn't have spent the money on delivery, advanced auto is not the same from years ago Re... read more
Wanted to recognize Jarrett who was professional, helpful and super informative! I had a check engine light on and wanted to know what the codes were. Jarrett not only figured out the codes, but took time out to search on Google and give me good information about them. Kudos for such a great job and caring about the customer! UPDATE: CAME BACK TO THE STORE ON 1/5/25 FOR A T CONNECTOR AND CAMERON WAS SUPER HELPFUL! MUCH APPRECIATED MAN! THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!!!
