Woman working is extremely rude and pushy to upsell and tell people they need to buy more she was trying to sell me battery kits for a top post battery when I have a side post battery
The parts guy needs some training on how to look up inventory. I was told the brake/turn light socket for a 2005 silverado is a dealer only item. I could have taken the time to google it again and give him the Dorman part number I found last night. Advance was at the top of the google search results and showed to be in local stock. Never had issues recycling old oil until I came to this store. As soon as I walked in the staff was rolling their eyes and had a rude attitude. Be mad at your store policy, not me. Even walking out of the door they gave me a hard time for throwing the old containers into the trash. I’ll go to auto zone next time.
