Tried calling monroeville, AL advance auto today 7/21/25 to ask about a warranty. Was told to call back and talk to sales manager tomorrow. Then I just asked for info for when I called back and was put on hold to take care of said customer that was in store... was on hold for 10 min +... I hung up... a customer is a customer regardless if they are on the phone needing info or in front of you at the store. The employees are always helpful and if they don't have what you need they will order it for you. Great advice for fixing your vehicle. I'm a woman that appreciates it. A little help goes a long way. Foley the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly!
