Manager cares more about her feelings than actually doing her job. Spent more time arguing with me about policy that was irrelevant than anything. .. they sold a battery over 18mo expired and then when asked to test it argued. Once they tried charging it and finally tested it and we were right surprise she then delayed the process more because her feelings were hurt .
