I purchased a battery for a friend. I had the product pictured on my phone. The cashier pulled it up, along with using my friend's phone number to see if the battery was still under warranty. She placed the battery in a cart, had suggested some connection protectors to add to my purchase, which she had right there with the appropriate battery--- and explained how to get the deposit back, making sure to bring my credit card to get the deposit put back on the card.
