The manager Lucy is the most knowledgeable autoparts lady I've ever met. She is courteous, professional, and her expertise is unchallenged. I appreciated all of her outstanding service and her staff.
Unprofessional
This company sold us a faulty part that I paid for to have installed at a shop, shop stated it was a leaky part and this place is doing nothing to take care of this matter
They keep claiming their register is down, they clearly don't want to work. They don't pickup the phone either, Other stores system's such as the other Oceanside location and Escondido work just fine, beware and arrive before 4pm to avoid their shenanigans
UPDATE: So I’m told this store and all on the west CA coast are closing permanently. My truck is currently stranded nearby and needs a part. It’s 4pm now but they close officially tonight at 8 pm. They just turned me away at 4pm and all went home. On to the next auto parts store.
