Great Customer service!
Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a motor from this company on December 19, 2025, and it has already failed before even making it a year. We’ve had multiple issues with the motors they sold us, and when we tried to address it, they acted like it was our problem.To make matters worse, an employee yelled at my dad, who does not speak English, “If you want to speak to me, speak English.” I was there and immediately called out how disrespectful and unnecessary that was.
