I was in there 9/7/26 in the evening, and the manager called my Latina fiancée a "dirty sp**" because he showed her the wrong part and she questioned his expertise. I asked the other employee there for his name and was told it was "Ron," but I think he lied to protect him. Can't believe a national company like Advanced Auto Parts would allow someone who os so blatantly racist to ascend to management. Clearly shows where this company stands morally. Shame on that man and shame on Advanced Auto Parts.
I was at the store on the 27th of August, 2026. I had crossed NYC and was on my way to Boston, when it started raining really hard. I switched on the wipers on my car and after about 5 minutes, the driver side wiper blade just got loose and was blown away! Now, I am without a wiper while driving in the torrential downpour. Quick shoutout to Greg who helped me a lot. I'm a little late to make this review as I was only reminded I haven't done so when I had to make another visit today. I needed a new headlight since one of mine had gone out the previous night. With Greg's help I was able to choose the correct headlight for my car not only in terms of specs for my car, but in the price and quality I was looking for.
