Extremely poor Customer service, I bought brakes for my Nissan, they gave me the wrong ones, went back and the dude refunded my money, which was supposed to go back on my debit card but instead he put on a gift card and didn't say it was on a gift card nor did he give me the gift card. Talked with the regional manager and he literally told me, that's just how it goes sometimes. Refused to make it right. I had to call the store 4 times before someone would pick up, then sat on hold for over 10 minutes and still no one picked up. This store has gone down hill in customer service.
