First, I didn't go there for auto parts. They're way to expensive. I order my parts mostly from Amazon. Get em the next day. I just bought all new brakes and rotors for less than the brake pads cost at Advance. This time I went for someone else, looking for some retainer rings that the website said they had. They didn't have them once I got there. They were too high anyway. 12 bucks here and 5 at Harbor Freight. Just a little advice, if you can wait a day or maybe two, order your parts online. Save yourself a lot of money.
The store was clean and very organized. Open layout conveyed an easy walk though and browse. Prices on the merchandise seemed elevated compared to that of their competitors. Items marks on clearance didn't match same value as logged within their registration system. The employees would not honor the price that was marked on the shelf for any of the several items I wanted to buy. I wasn't very impressed after that point. They are always so helpful and always have what I need! Just bought new windshield wipers and they helped me put them on! Good people run this place
