I had two experiences here, one good, one bad. The last time, I was here, I had my arms full from a drain pan full of oil, one of the larger ones, and instead of grabbing the door for me, the employee was standing there right in front of the two doors smoking a freaking cigar. That guy should be fired. The first time I came here, a gentleman was very good at finding my oil filter and helping me out with a few things.
Absolutely horrible! They NEVER have what you need in stock, customer service is and has always been terrible, workers are lazy, shelves are always empty! Make the drive to O Rileys in Wewa. Its worth the extra time!
As I go to post my experience, I look back at the previous experiences of people shopping here and notice They're all one stars doesn't surprise me at all ...I walk on obviously looking for something in particular.2.guys completely ignore me while one stands at the counter staring somewhere out there ..I find a battery and asked If it's charged ..answer is yes ..I ask can you check..pulls out some kinda meter and after . minutes pusing buttons says yep..charged..I say what % is it charged..and csn see ..looking flustered tha... read more
Very poor knowledge of stocked items. Called an associate to verify that they had a a certain type of NGK Spark plugs. I was told yes they have them in stock however after a 30 minute drive I was informed that they did not have the item in stock. Wasted the better part of the morning. How hard is it to check inventory?? I highly recommend the local NAPA Auto parts store in Port St Joe. NAPA had a better selection and way better employees. Thank you NAPA.
