Poor customer service. I took a battery into be tested. They looked at the date on the battery and said it was bad without even testing it. They acted like it was a hardship to test the battery even though there were no other customers in the store. I took it up to Auto Zone and they gladly said they would put the battery on charge and then test it. I will not being doing any more business with Advance and I recommend you don't either if you want good, friendly service.
Was ready to leave work and had a dead battery. My husband called ti verify they had the battery I needed. They did and replaced the battery while we waited. Was very thankful!!
