On Tuesday Feb 11th at approximately 5:15 I stopped in to have my battery checked and to ask questions about how my pickup truck was running. A young lady by the name of Summer assisted me without hesitation checking my alternator, battery, and charging. The weather was terrible with cold rain, wind, and generally miserable conditions. This young lady was a trooper. She was very professional, and helped me figure out my next step in the repair of my truck. I am very grateful for the service I received.
Summer was very kind and helpful. She helped me find the rear wiper arm for a 16 lincon mkx. She was very informed on her parts and knowledge.
Drove 45 minutes for a brake caliper. Made it with 3 minutes to spare. They closed early. Told me the place across the street is open. I even called ahead and they knew I was driving there. They were too busy counting the drawer before closing time to help a customer who was in dire straits. I will never shop your store again.
