Outstanding service I really appreciate the great prices on the parts. I wish they were stayed in business.
Bought battery and went back the next day with core and receipt in hand and they would not give me my money back for the core. This was done by store manager. No wonder they are going out of business or at least closing west coast retail operators. I did my part and got screwed.
Got here 15 minutes before closing, and they refused to let me in. Advance auto parts has lost my business.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! THEY TELL YOU WHAT PART YOU NEED AND GUARANTEE IT TO BE THE RIGHT ONE. WHEN YOU GO TO PUT IT ON YOU REALIZE IT'S THE WRONG ONE THAT THEY TOLD YOU TO BUY. TAKE IT BACK AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD YOU TO BUY IT. WENT BACK TO BUY ANOTHER PART THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS ACTUALLY THE CORRECT ONE BECAUSE THEY ADMITTED THEY MADE A MISTAKE. BUT NO, IT'S NOT THE RIGHT PARTS EITHER. STILL REFUSED ONCE AGAIN.
The line and wait time is long! Over 20 mins and the lines hasn’t moved, not even exaggerating. 2 customers per a time! Is this new? First time experiencing waiting this long, I’m just picking up and order I placed online. Suggest there should be online order line. Anyways 2 star cause they have my parts online.
