This place is so unprofessional closing way before closing time and it’s the 2 or 3 time this has happen! Once even came 30 min before even and door locked that not right. today to even called to ask ahead to check what time and they were hiding in the back. the guy with the dreads in his hair was so rude not sure why he should be in customer service!!!!

I wasn’t going to even leave a review but seeing as to it’s been days and I’m still mad at the service I received I felt it was only right to warn people how terrible the service is here..they don’t want to work they come to work expecting to do the bare minimum and will go as far as lying to do so..it’s a long story but just take my word ..worst part is the manager is the laziest one of all wouldnt leave the chair if you paid him to smh I’m currently at the tinley location and everything is goin smoothly but stay away from ... read more
