Terrible customer service. I arrived at 5:45pm and they had the door locked. Three men just stared at me and didn’t even acknowledge me, even though the sign says they’re open till 6 PM.. We were in a tight spot o na trip and needed to grab a trailer part as we were stuck on the road. What a bummer. I hope their boss or owner reads this.
Can your the store manager update the alarms emergency contacts I’m annoyed of getting texts/calls from 11pm-5am of alarms going off. I know this might be a lot for the GM to do but I would appreciate it
No wonder their closing and going bankrupt they can’t answer a phone they just answer and put you on hold because they are lazy ass people that don’t care about their job and don’t want to work anymore
Soon as I show up the manager hides in the back and refuses to open the store even though it is still open for 10 more minutes
