We had a bearing on our boat trailer come loose on a Sunday, and it was difficult to find the parts we needed because so many places were closed. We stopped by Advance Auto Parts, and not only did they have everything we needed, but Bruce was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our day definitely didn’t go as planned, but the staff went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed to get back on the road. Excellent customer service and a great experience during a stressful situation. Thank you!
We went into the store looking for a small part for our car - body panel clip. We didn’t have specific size of the pin and the employee went out to the car and removed the part. He found the proper part and returned to the parking lot and installed the part. He went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend this store and the 5 star service!
