We use to only shop at advanced now we won’t step foot in the store! We purchased a starter in June 2022 with a lifetime warranty, the date we bought it we had to return it due to a defect in it from the manufacturer, tonight my starter goes out and there response was oh you can’t use the warranty since you returned it once before! Seriously if it’s a lifetime warranty then if I return it 30 times it should have been covered!
what a joke, but hey it is scottsville cant expect much. where is your sign explaining to return a diehard battery under its one year free replacement is a two hour ordeal of running back and forth, and having to wait hours to charge it and test it. the receipt doesn't say that. it says 1 yr free replacement. wheres the info about the hassle part and the time you lose , the insult that i'm too stupid to know a bad battery or that i may try to rip you off,,where is all this posted, oh wait people wouldn't buy them then. your ... read more
