Mr. John, the store manager is a man of integrity. The Pageland Advanced Auto had nothing to do with the issue that I was facing with parts purchased at an alternative location however, Mr. John was determined to make it right. Was having a hazardous time with my current wiper blades. They were less a 6 months old and were wiping correctly, making it dangerous to drive even in a misting rain. Emmy was very helpful and suggested some that she thought would work best. She put the new ones on and let me test them before I left the parking lot. They are perfect now! Thank you Emmy!
