The 2 guys working tonight were great! They checked my battery and determined it was bad. They replaced it in this cold, rainy, windy weather without a complaint. They worked as a team and got the job done. They were kind and patient with this vehicle illiterate girl. They definitely were a blessing!
Gerrod was less than a stellar experience. Not knowledgeable or helpful at all and was rude on top of it. I went for a simple turn signal bulb and asked for assistance putting it in because I do not own tools and had to get to work by 8 am. It was 7:34 whej i pulled up. They open at 7:30. He laughed and told me they didn't do that anymore (i usually go to Auto Zone, and they do). I asked if he could give me a ratchet so I could do it myself then and he showed me tools.
