Very poor customer Service! I needed a replacement part after the original was defective, so I called, and an exchange was offered, and I was told that the part would be in the next morning. I double checked the arrival time just to make sure because I needed the part, and was assured it would be there the next morning, as well as a note left about my situation and a solution to my problem.
