Needed a vehicle battery check. The only reason we even tried Advance was because NAPA was already closed. The female employee didn't even get out of the chair, sat the entire time. And, the male employee gave false information. He said, if the car won't restart, we cannot test the battery, the battery would need to be taken out the vehicle."
