If prices are marked on something on the shelf then that's the price you have to sell it for, I believe by law. Also if a person works at an auto parts store they need to be aware of the inventory and the fact that the site says it's available at your store. If you don't know what your inventory is, and what you are looking for then you shouldn't be working there.don't rely on computer's to do your job and be rude to people who actually know what they are getting and buying or want to buy.
