I would highly recommend Advance Auto Parts of Albany to anyone. The employees are always very professional, helpful, & they always have what I need. If for some reason they dont have something I need in stock, they can usually order it for me & have it there by the next day.
Ashley Mccallister the assistant manager at this location is absolutely amazing she helped me diagnose my car when the check engine light came on and traction control light saying it was a misfire with my spark plugs she helped me get the exact ones that were factory in my car I will continue going back just for the service she provided!!
UPDATED FROM 5 YEARS: Only changing because of recent purchase. It's aggravating when you can't go into an auto parts store & ask employee a simple question about a vehicle. They have no knowledge of a vehicle, only what pc tells them. Yep, didn't need to waste my breath. The app in my phone reads the same as your PC. What really got me Saturday evening Oct 4th was the young man's attitude, snooty.
