The guys there don’t know where anything is and don’t even know products they are selling. My toddler has more knowledge on cars than these guys do.
Kevin at the advance auto parts in Sioux Center, Iowa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Got us helped out right away with a new battery and got it put in in just a matter of minutes before our drive back to Colorado!
Kevin was awesome. We not only got a free code read on our car, but he was very knowledgeable and willing to help us do it our self if we were confident. I appreciated the way that Kevin asked about our comfort in working ourselves on the issue and also cautioned us on why we needed to be cautious too. WE WILL BE VISITING ADVANCED AUTO PARTS WITH OUR FUTURE NEEDS.
Assistant manager Kevin was very helpful in the search for new wiper blades. He helped me get the appropriate blades and installed them as well. I appreciated his expertise and he helped me get a good deal on them. I feel better prepared for fall and winter weather now. 10/10 would recommend Kevin and Advance Auto.
