I had a fantastic experience working with Kester at this store location. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I am appreciative for all his help.
I came in today and I do not have any knowledge about taking care of my car sad to say but Kester made everything easy peasy! He even taught me a couple things! I will be returning!
The manager Louis helped me put windshield wippers on my VW, I tried to tip him but he said I can't accept it, I just want your business. This location has Top Tier customer service..
