We ordered a gasket kit online, and the manager tried to sell us a returned kit that was missing most of the parts! He then had the audacity to curse and be rude because we expected him to help rectify the situation. We spend a lot with this company annually, but that's going to change immediately after yesterday! Do better, Advance, seriously. We'll be contacting corporate tomorrow morning (7/7/25)!
It’s been over a year since they had an engine scanner, they never plan on replacing it and, will send you to Pep Boys and they charge says the funny acting lady with the red hair.
I spent two days trying to get the correct part for my car, and i was given the wrong one 3 times in a row. The manager didn't really know what he was talking about when it came to finding the correct part. ANYWAYS, Im never going to this location again.
