Hayden is the best!! That was the easiest and fastest I’ve ever had a problem resolved!! This Advances Auto Parts is now my go to parts store, it’s worth the drive!
I usually go to the ones on Iliff, but they are so much worse. It is worth it to go the extra distance to get the customer service.
Went to go get my check engine light checked out and the worker said they didn't have a scanner, that the only one they had someone had "stolen it." Wow, this auto parts shop has only 1 scanner? Can't they get one from their inventory? Smh, Good thing there is an autozone down the street, they have 3 scanners. Lol
Mala atencion
As a female I am always intimidated when I go to buy stuff for my Jeep. I needed a Battery and they were so helpful giving me options, etc. and the wonderful service tech took just a few moments to install in my car. Thank you for keeping me on the road and in the mountains! This store is GREAT!!
