Their stores are a mess they have absolutely nothing in stock I guess they're headed for the exit ramp
I would normally not leave a poor review but I am seeing this issue across all branches. The manager spead too thin with the skeleton crew of employees not caring about their job. Ive seen this at 3 different locations. My battery died while i was waiting for a part to arrive 2 hours late. The new battery died within a month. No warranty. No tools loaned to install the battery when it was purchased. Plenty of other places that actually care
I cannot express how grateful I am for the support Maria provided me today. Long story short, I needed a new battery and eventually a new alternator but Maria’s support to me is why I am writing this review! Maria was extremely helpful finding the correct battery for me and although I am pretty handy, she helped me with the install and provided keen insight based on her experience.
