Very Disappointing Experience Purchased a DieHard Platinum AGM battery from Advance Auto Parts on 8/31/23 based on their website's advertised 3-year warranty. However, the battery failed after just over a year. When I went to the Auburndale FL store for a replacement, I was told the battery was out of warranty and had to buy a new one for $149.99 + tax, plus an additional $22 extended warranty for coverage. Great place!
2 fraudulent charges on my credit card in a city and state I've never even been to...called their customer service number to get information about the charges and how they can help resolve. Was transferred twice. Got stuck talking to someone not in the US. Couldn't understand him. He was rude and talked over me, not listening to my issues or helping me. When I called him out, he hung up on me. I don't do a lot of business with this company, but for sure wouldn't now if that's how they allow their CUSTOMER SERVICE reps to act... read more
