Rude and aggressive manager, bad service.Would not suggest them to anyone ever. Took my wife's car in to be smogged-due to having replaced the battery it didn't pass because the codes were wiped, was told I could bring it in within 30 days to retest after having the codes reset and wouldn't have to pay again, we paid to have the codes reset, took it back and was told by the manager we'd have to pay again, I explained to him what the lady said about the 30 days, he refused in a very aggressive and rude manner insinuating I wa... read more
Although I was not satisfied with the service i received, after posting my review i got a phone call from the new owner. He was genuinely concerned about my experience and said i would be getting refund for my trouble. I am confident he is working to rectify the situation, and hopefully things will get better at this location.
Was able to make the same day appointment and able to get my vehicle fixed on a weekend.
