Stopped here after my car went into limp mode on the interstate, staff was by far the friendliest and most helpful of any auto parts store that I've done business with in the past, I will absolutely go out of my way to come here for future auto needs!
Great customer service. One of the best in the franchise. Young Mr. Joseph was exceptional and very customer supportive. Need more people like him in the world. Great store overall.
The staff here are pretty good, but this location constantly has inventory issues. Common stuff is almost always out of stock. Right now they only have 5 of 14 oil filter options for an LS, and none of the normal priced ones including OE ACDelco. It always seems like only the expensive options are left. At this point, whenever I need parts, I just assume they won’t have what I’m looking for. I still check here first, but most of the time I end up having to drive somewhere else. It gets old.
I stopped by this store to pick up a new headlight for my truck after noticing it was out. From the moment I walked in I received excellent customer service. Joseph found the right bulb for me and went out to make sure there were no other lights that needed attention. He even showed me how to replace it so I could take care of it myself next time. I will definitely be back! Professional, courteous service!
