Had a check engine light come on and popped in. They were busy due to a sudden cold snap but very friendly and got to me in a decent amount of time. The girl not only read the error codes but went in to google them with me and see what I might be looking at. I would feel very good about coming back for any needs.

Bad I go for check my battery and they don't have a client there the guy was eating and said we need to wait because he was to busy and we wait and they don't help me
Today I entered Advance in Mt.Juliet, I was assisted with excellent customer service as I had no clue in what I was looking for but I was aware that a part was called in and I needed to go to the store and pay. Mr. Vick rendered supreme southern customer service. In these times, we need more people like Mr. Vick. And I also spoke with the GM Tyler, please let Vick know he's a jewel. Ms. Jones
