7/20/2026 My car battery was dead so I was boosted off. I drove to this Advance Auto and a sign was on the door that said no outside services were available due to low staffing until later in the day. I went home. I needed to be boosted again. I drove back to Advance Auto. I saw several employees both inside and out, and assumed that there was adequate staffing. I approached a man inside at the counter. Jenn from store 7813 Cookeville was helping at the MJ store when I came in for a few items. She was super friendly and helpful. I'm a female,and I always love seeing another female in a mans industry!!!!! I needed to get a few parts for my truck , and she was super knowledgeable.
