If I could give the ladies working this morning 0 stars I sure would. I came in asking for help looking for a bolt for my trim on my door. They were the rudest most unhelpful women I’ve ever came across in my life. They acted like I ruined their day by walking in the door with a smile. They would barely respond when spoken to. It was horrible. They both deserve to be reprimanded. I took my business across the street to O’Reillys & got the help I needed & was greeted with positive attitudes & smiles.

My experience with this store was really bad. I went by there to get a new battery and the sales rep talked me in to doing an exchange because my battery was still under warranty. The receipt shows the original purchase date, 2022, and the exchanged date 2025. Now, the battery (the new battery) is testing bad and saying I need to exchange it and Advanced is telling me that it is out of warranty. So, more or less they are saying exchange your battery for free so we can give you a defective one that you will have to buy in LES... read more
Took my truck to have a battery replaced and it was the most unprofessional deal I've ever experienced. The guy had such a bad attitude about his job. Then he broke the battery cable due to being aggravated about it being to hot as he said. I had to pay to get a new one. Then the next time I had to put DEF in my truck I found he also broke the overflow on the filler neck. After getting the run around for 3 weeks I get told there's nothing they can do about it. So basically a 150 dollar battery is costing me over 400 dollars ... read more
I went into the store today with my battery. It tested bad. It was still within the replacement period. Eva the store manager would not honor my warranty stating that my battery had been returned. I tried to explain to her that was not the case which she was having no part of. I went into the parking lot and called their customer service corporate phone number.
