Incompetent staff. Orlando, who was very prideful in the fact that he has experience working on Honda's, somehow managed to sell me the wrong brake pads. After convincing me to buy the "top of the line" pads. It wasnt untill after I get to the shop, pay the shop fees and have my brake pads in my hand that I realized he had sold me the wrong part.
