Employee Billy didn't want to change my battery that I was buying from them because it was too hard to get to in my Chevy truck. He said it would take upwards of an hour. 🤷🏻♀️ My husband has changed that battery before in about 15 minutes. Terrible service, but even worse manners as a gentleman. I had to ask him if he'd carry the battery to my truck for me. He tried to slide it across the counter for me to carry it out. All around simply treated me like I was a huge inconvenience.

Wouldn't help my 16 yr daughter put a simple brake light bulb in....when they will help you replace windshield wipers ,batteries and what ever else they wanna do.....needless to say a two minutes job woulda kept my business.......soooooo fuck advanced auto......I'm a O'REILLY man now....
