Old bald guy with glasses very rude. I needed a hard part to find so he skipped me then when I ask him something he holds his finger up and tells me to hold on. Needs more training. And all this because raeford road store told me they had the part but he didn’t want to look for it. I put all my items down and left. Do your self a favor and use another part store

if i could leave a zero star review i would. every single time i ever go in this store there is only one person working to help the dozen people in line. the juanita lady really needs to get her work life handled and actually help people who are in line. i stood for 45 minutes waiting on one person to be helped to buy a single item. i swear on god i will never come back to this fucking store
They tested my battery was bad I bought a new one they young man so polite and fast! I recommend hope mills store to everyone ....thanks guys
If I was able to give zero stars I would! How dare employees at this store take advantage of the elderly. My grandma stopped in this store yesterday in need of oil for her car. The young man proceeded to lie to her telling her the car needed a whole GALLON of oil. She pleaded with him to only sell her 3 quarts (which was all the car ended up taking btw) and he refused!!!!!! In fear the car would mess up she purchased it and he put the oil in....she is on fixed income and instead of spending about $9 she ended up spending abo... read more
