My engine light came on so I went here to get the codes. Alec was phenomenal from the greeting to the good byes. He was very knowledgeable and what he did not know he searched online and showed me, so that I could see for myself. It was also apparent that he loves what he does. Alec surpassed the expectations of exceptional customer service, and if anyone needs help I am sending them straight to Alec. Thank you Alec!!
Daniel at the Clemson Blvd. store was great. I needed a particular air filter and he went out of his way to explain the different kinds that were available.He explained how often I needed to change it. He provided exceptional service.

On Friday, July 10. 2026, I was directed by the Lord God to turn in here to inquire about why my 15V outlet was not working in my car. I haven't been able to use it for some time after having my car serviced. Moreover, I was helped promptly by the store employee, Daniel. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and most helpful! He pulled up a website search on how to fix my car which showed that I have 3 separate fuse boxes in my car. Daniel, an employee at the 3507 Clemson Blvd. Anderson SC Advance, went well above and beyond today for my Daughter and myself. Her battery died on the Fourth of July. She was working, her roommate unlocked her car and left the key for Daniel, who came out and replaced the battery and made sure the car started and ran fine. He refunded me for the core return and he also took her key to her, at her work and dropped it off. What a wonderful, kind man and considerate employee.
