I had a great experience at Red Hawk Auto Service. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and took the time to diagnose my car instead of just guessing at the problem. They replaced my spark plugs and serviced my A/C, and when I was concerned about the cost, Johnnie Garcia worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. Very displeased with how tight they made my oil drain bolt can’t even do my own oil change like usual also would like to note there was a lot of oil spilled in my control that they claimed was a leak but ik my car and it doesn’t leak that much especially in that area
Might be an ok repair shop but will definitely never be recommending this place to go get a smog. They only have 1 technician that can actually do the work and if there is a more important job your appointment means nothing and will be rescheduled 2-3 times until said technician is available. So I guess they kinda offer smog service if you can catch them on the right day. They should stop offering the service until they can fulfill appointments.
