I was on my way from PA to KY when my alternator went out at 5:30 in the morning. After waiting for the mechanic to arrive for the day I asked to borrow 2 sockets that I needed to replace the alternator myself, was rudely told no, it's an $80 socket. I got the tools from the NAPA .5 miles away. While I was waiting, he stood there smoking, just watching. After installing the new part, I went inside and asked for a jump.
