Came here for an estimate because it was a close and convenient location. I specifically said I did not want anything else other than the estimate consult multiple times and the lady who helped me confirmed. They took pictures of my car filled out some forms and I was on my way 10 minutes later. Great. I learned through my insurance rep that advance auto body had proceeded with charging my insurance even though I had no contact with them post the estimate consult.
