I have shopped there for years. Will not buy from any other stereo store.
The customer service at this place is disturbingly unprofessional and all around rude. After 3 phone calls trying to get an appointment, I finally gave up and went to a very polite company who got me in next day and fixed the problem within half an hour.
Garbage company. Dont know who they hire but none of those guys knows what there doing.
Marcus, Ryan and the owner were super helpful, fast turn around on install. I was super impressed.
