Great Company I've bought and repaired through this company. Recently I needed a washer repair, I called and he was so nice and took the time to talk with me about what to look for to diagnose the problem, then I had someone come and fix the washer. It was working but the next day I noticed water leaking so I called again. They came out that same day. Did some adjustment on a few pieces of the washer and didn't charge me anything for the service call or repair. I was recommended to them and I would recommend them to anyone. ... read more
Knowledgeable and Helpful I have been buying and referring people to this company for 15 years. They have always been responsive and honest. I recommend them without hesitation. Good people, selection is hit and miss, but if I am looking for something they have always called me when something that matches my request comes in.
total rip off I hope anyone thinking about using Advance Appliance reads and trusts my review, it might seem like you can save some money and get your old appliance fixed, and maybe you can, but find some one else. By the time these guys figure out what is wrong you could have got a new appliance and saved time and money.I have spent 250.00 and still have a broke dishwasher.
Great Service I've had them at my house several times. They are fast and honest. I've also bought a washer from them. They told me the truth about the pros and cons of all models. It was refreshing to be told the truth instead of being sold on a particular model because the salesman gets a bonus.
Parts rip-off They did come out the same day as stated in their ad, and the guy did work quickly . After he left, I took bag that the refigerator part came in and looked it up online and saw that they charged me $27.50 for a $12.99 relay. I'll never call them again!
