My experience was excellent with Vanessa
I did not have a positive experience during my visit yesterday evening. I called and did apply over the phone first. I was told that I completed the sign-up process over the phone and could come in to pick up my loan by providing proof of identification. I understood and came in as instructed. When I arrived, another customer came in shortly after me and was completing the same type of loan pickup. The employee asked if she could assist him first because she said his transaction would be faster. I agreed, but I ended up wait... read more
