I have taken several loans out over the years and have had nothing but great customer service and a pleasant experience every time I go in. The staff are all very nice and greet me by name the moment I walk in the door. I won t go anywhere else for a payday loan.
Horrible customer service! Avoid this place!!!!! I brought in my current pay stub...they called my work to verify employment. I brought in my bank statement, they had to call to verify and active account. RUDE people! When I questioned them, they told me company policy . I went two blocks down to EZ Money and they took great care of me! I will NEVER go to an Advance America again because of how they treated me.
