Easy process, help was there when I needed it.
Very irresponsable staff. I called to see what I needed to re borrow and was told to come on in and they could do it. I even asked if there was a waiting period and she said no. I come in the next day to find out that I have to wait 4 days for a payment to clear. Even tho it cleared my bank account already 2 days ago. Too bad most of us come here out necessity but if you have the option go elsewhere
Just walked over a mile to get here. Lights are on, people behind the counter, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door and not a soul inside even glanced at me. It’s noon on a weekday and right in the middle of their hours. Fuq this place.
