I went online to fill out an application. And was told to go to the nearest location which I did. Because we are Irma evacuees and in South Carolina my Florida ID was not acceptable. I spent hours of my time filling out the forms driving waiting having to go get something for my bank and go back so between gas and my time I might not I figure you owe me about 2 thousand dollars. I'm going to check with my attorney and your legal department can contact me and I will give you the information to my attorney team.
