Rip off! Con Artist! Avoid! Dennis, the owner of this business, took our money and didn’t fix the washer. He kept our $200 and won’t give our money back. I should have read the reviews and I have filed with the BBB. He has a rap sheet a mile long. In business and in circuit courts. He opens repair businesses and bankrupts them and opens another one. The men were efficient and friendly...we are very happy with the results!
Very dishonest!!!! Quoted me $169.00 for dryer heating element, said he didn't have one in his truck and would be back the next night to put one in. Maybe 15 minutes first time in house, came back following night to put small heating element in. Took him 10 minutes if that! Than had the nerve to charge me $257.00. Tells me he doesn't have any receipts with him and will put one between my front door the next day. Of course I haven't received one! Very scattered brain and strange acting!
